HOW TO ORDER
You can E.mail, fax, phone or write to us with your order not forgetting to add your name, address and telephone number and also whether you require a VAT invoice. (Only needed if VAT registered) The office is open 9:30 to 4:30, Monday to Friday. Outside of these times orders can be left on the answerphone. Orders are normally dispatched within 36hrs of receipt using First Class post or 48 hour Parcelpost according to the weight and value of the goods. 24 hour delivery is available at an extra charge of £3.00.

VAT IS INCLUDED

Overseas customers outside of the EU have the VAT deducted. If you have a VAT registration number and are ordering from outside the UK, but within the EU then VAT is not charged. Contact us for overseas postage costs.

FREE 48hr postage in UK

Except in the following circumstances. Highlands & Islands & N Ireland postcodes;-IV. HS. KA27-28. KW. PA20-49. PA60-78. BT. PH17-26. PH30-44. PH49-50. ZE. IM. TR21-25. have a £5.50 postage charge on all 48 hour parcels and£11 on all 24 hour parcels.

Small order charge

Orders of £11.99 or less will attract a £1.99 handling fee.

Payment can be made by debit/credit card or cheque by arrangement. Please ensure we have the correct billing address, card number, issue number (if there is one) expiry date and the last three digits of the security number on the back of the card. If paying by cheque it is better to wait until you have received the goods together with our invoice before sending us payment as prices do vary or an item may be out of stock and consequently the amount owed is not as expected.
